Match Reset
A dating coach's 72-hour reset for dating apps, in 77 seconds. My job was to make three instructions and three time windows impossible to mix up on a phone screen.

01 · The hard part
Three steps, each with its own timing, delivered fast — and remembered after one watch.
02 · How I translated it
One visual cue per step: a caution pop-up for 'stop swiping', a chat window for re-engaging, glowing clocks for the 7:15, 8:30 and 9:45 windows. Highlighted captions and white flash cuts keep the pace up.
